ABOUT THE BLANK — AND WHY IT MATTERS

This is printed on Comfort Colors, which is worth explaining if you haven’t worn one.

Most sweatshirts are made from fabric that was dyed before it was cut and sewn. Comfort Colors does it the other way around: the garment is sewn first, then dyed as a finished piece. It’s slower and more expensive, and it changes everything about how the sweatshirt feels and ages.

The color sits deeper and softer, with a slightly washed, lived-in quality from the very first wear — no stiff break-in period, no scratchy phase. Because each piece is dyed individually, the shade varies a little from one to the next, so yours is genuinely its own.

And they get better. A garment-dyed hoodie fades the way a good pair of jeans fades — softening into something more yours each year rather than just looking worn out.

FIT NOTE
Unisex and relaxed, true to size with a roomy drape. Size down for a closer fit, stay true for the oversized look most people want in a hoodie.

A NOTE ON GARMENT DYEING
Slight variation in color between pieces, and the occasional small mark, are part of the dye process — character rather than flaw.

CARE
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly over the design.
